Brock SJ Hubert, J.D.


Brock is an attorney and entrepreneur who has been with Eat Fit Go in various capacities since 2017. Since his appointment to CEO in 2019, Brock has lead Eat Fit Go's transition from a brick and mortar retailer to an e-commerce based retail platform and commercial wholesaler. Under Brock's direction, Eat Fit Go is now providing healthy meals to customers across the continental United States. Brock is passionate about food and making eating well as easy and delicious as possible. Brock believes that nutrition is key to long term health and is driving Eat Fit Go to provide solutions to the United States' greatest health problems.

Erik Bird

Chief Operating Officer

Erik is a founding member of Eat Fit Go. Erik has a long history and passion for athletics; nutrition, health, and overall human performance. Erik played baseball for the UNL Cornhuskers from 2005-2009, graduating in 2010 with a degree in Communications. After graduation, Erik worked as the Director of Personal
Training for Life Time Fitness from 2010-2015 and holds 10 different personal training and nutrition certifications. Some of his hobbies outside Eat Fit Go include being on the Board of Directors for Omaha based
non-profit Saving Grace Food Rescue and being a mentee for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Brooke Abbott

Corporate Accounting Manager

Brooke received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Business Finance, and Banking and Financials Markets from the University of Nebraska Omaha. She began as one of the first employees of Eat Fit Go. When she is not crunching the numbers, Brooke is a full time dog mom and volunteers her time fostering dogs from the Heartland German Shepherd Rescue. 

Matt Travers

Managing Director Of Business Development

With a highly successful history of healthcare business development experience, Matt has the unique perspective of having developed many national level marque customer relationships and designing programs around each partner's needs. Matt’s focus is on learning about the totality of what each client is looking for and designs a full spectrum program to support those needs. He leverages his years of healthcare industry knowledge to develop clear expectations, achieve economic balance, and long term sustainability for each model that is created in partnership with every client.

Josh Beck

Business Development Manager

With a background in healthcare and wellness program management, Josh believes that finding a balance between proper nutrition and physical activity will lead to living a healthier and happier life. By prioritizing customers wants / needs, open communication and maintaining a high level of organization, Josh has successfully managed a number of substantial projects in both the healthcare and wellness industries. Previously, Josh played a vital role in establishing medical transportation operations and communications for one of the largest health systems in the world. Josh holds a Bachelor's of Science degree specializing in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Stephen George

Chairman and Investor

Stephen J. George is the Founder of Panorama Point Partners, a private equity firm specializing in growth and technology companies. He brings over 30 years of investing and business-building experience and energy. Stephen is an honors graduate of Cornell University, holds a CFA, and formerly was co-founder and Managing Partner of a $5 B investment firm in partnership with co-founder of eBay, Inc.

Notable past and current investments have included Vitamin Water (Coke acquired), Twitter (IPO), Yammer (Microsoft acquired), Tesla (IPO), SpaceX (space company), Klarna (Europe’s top fintech payments company), Coupang (South Korea’s Amazon.com business), Addepar (leading investment software), Mode Analytics (data analytics), Porch (leading SaaS platform in residential real estate, pending IPO), Forge (leading private co/pre-IPO exchange), Vantage Point (leading software platform for real estate transaction services), HZO (leading nano-technology protection company for consumer electronics), and PMG (Hispanic/African-American home mortgage company).
