WE BELIEVE IN FOOD, REAL FOOD. PREPARED BY A CHEF, IN A KITCHEN.

Not by people in white coats in a weird, faraway lab. We believe in chefs with mad knife skills and deep, nuanced palates. We believe in ingredients that dance on the tongue – edamame, quinoa, pico de gallo, rotini, tamari. We believe that part of what makes us human is our ability to transform those elements into something beautiful – easy healthy meals that fill our senses and nourish our bodies. We believe that food can and should taste amazing while still keeping us healthy. Food should feel good. We believe that food isn’t the enemy. Food is what fuels us. Food is part of what makes us who we are.

And this who we are: People who don’t sit back and wait, people who refuse to settle. At Eat Fit Go, we believe it’s our mission to answer the call, to create that kind of food – food that fits our busy lives, food that we can grab on the go but then slow down for a moment and enjoy. We believe that we can empower busy women and men to achieve their goals, whatever they are, with premium great-tasting food that is fast, easy, and healthy.

Corporate Owned Eat Fit Go retail locations donate unsold meals to Harvester's Food Pantry in Kansas City and Saving Grace in Omaha.

Reducing Waste

Eat Fit Go encourages recycling where possible and is striving to develop more environmentally friendly packaging.  Current food packaging is #5 recyclable with home shipping boxes using recyclable and reusable liners.
